In EYES on Climate, we speak with educators, climate experts, and storytellers about how we can best provide youth with the tools to face the future of our planet.
For this final episode of the podcast, we’ve brought in the very inspiring and magnetic Adriana (Ada) Lungu, founder of Volens Association in Romania, an organisation working with schools around the country to introduce projects in environmental storytelling and community development.
We met Ada at the EYES Educators’ Workshop in Brussels in October 2025, where we presented the different aspects of the EYES program, from climate justice to the economics of climate change, to 14 educators from various European countries. We were lucky enough to have three educators from Romania, and one of them was Ada.
In this conversation we talked about the brilliant projects Ada and her team have introduced to schools all around the country, and how time and time again she sees these young people and their communities flourish. This episode is full of ideas and success stories.
